Upon reserving the property we do require a deposit to guarantee the booking. We cannot provisionally hold the property for you, and we cannot guarantee your booking until we have the deposit. Once your deposit has been paid we will send a confirmation, which will also confirm the outstanding balance and its due date.
We ask for full payment to be made 4 weeks prior to your stay with us. You are more than welcome to pay before this deadline, and we are also happy to take payment via installments from your booking the property with us and the final balance deadline.
